We will suggest our optimal listing price range and work with YOU to decide an appropriate number! Ultimately, you make the decision on this!! We will never force you to list your home for a number you are uncomfortable with!! This is very important to us.

CREATE A COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING PLAN

Create a comprehensive marketing plan to showcase the home's features and attract potential buyers. The marketing plan will be tailored to your needs and the target market for the home. We always say, our goal is to get your property seen by as many people as possible, which will in turn lead to more interest to lead to more offers, in a faster timeframe, and for the most money possible!

This does 2 things, it allows buyers to truly fall in love with the home before booking a showing, eliminating useless viewings!   • Print advertising: Print advertising can still be a useful way to reach potential buyers who may not be actively searching for a home online. The Winnipeg Real Estate News and the Winnipeg Free Press are the most recognized tools we currently use.
  • Social media marketing: This is where we thrive! Known as the “Social Savvy Squad”, we utilize social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram which are powerful tools for reaching potential buyers. We have built a large social media following throughout the years localized to our city. Therefore, many people follow us just to see the homes we have coming to the market! We use these platforms to share information about the home and its features, as well as to engage with potential buyers and answer their questions. We also use it to create “targeted advertising” which involves using data and demographics to identify potential buyers and deliver tailored marketing messages to them. Ever search for pots and pans online and then see them pop up everywhere? Same… And that is what we do for our homes!
